New development of 50 houses on Mahon's Road, Portadown for the client JH Turkington & Sons

Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Site clearance, demolition, foundation, drainage and road and landscaping build ups, along with the services and kerbing to the project

Titanic Halt Realm Scheme

New landscaping works including removal of existing planting; new tree and shrub planting; feature paving; off street parking; dwarf wall kerbs, fencing & safety railings; directional signage; LED lighting upgrade to underpass and street lighting improvements

Ormeau Road Commercial & Residential Development

Our involvement with this project was site clearance and enabling works, excavation and disposal off-site for reduced levels to the basement level. Installation and setting up of the drainage system

Kilmacrennan Community Walking Track

The walking track and associated works were to facilitate the new 3G Astro-turf pitch

Tadavnet Carpark

Establishment of the new carparking facilities to the rear of St. Dympna’s Chapel in Tydavnet

Gowna GFC

Creation of a new gravel blinded walking track around the existing Gowna GFC training pitch. Upgrading of the existing gravel carpark, new drainage, ducting and tarmac finishing and the new playground area and fencing.

IDA Business & Technology Park

The upgrading of the existing road network, replacing damaged kerbs with shuttered slipform kerbing, finishing with new road surfacing.

M4 – Reading

The upgrade of the 51km section of the M4 from Cranford Park to Theale to Smart Motorway includes the construction of 11 new overbridges and a five-lane motorway.

Musgrave Park Hospital

Carry out the enabling works, including the site services, drainage and substructure build up.

Huntstown Quarry

New access entrance from the Cappagh Road roundabout into the backside of the Roadstone Huntstown Quarry

M7 Naas Bypass

Widening of the existing M7 motorway from two lanes to three lanes both eastbound and westbound for approximately 14km.

Donnelly Holms, Omagh

Establishment of the new carparking facilities at the existing pitch and changing areas at the Donnelly Holms Pitches

Marlborough Retail Park Pods

Ground work for two new pods, remove part of the existing carpark to create the site footprint of the new Pods.

Marlborough Retail Park

Renovation works to the old B&Q building, which comprised of demolition and removal of existing hard/soft landscaping, forming new roadways, walkways and rear service storage areas to the building.
