The Oakwood Hall Project at Mahon Road, Portadown which comprised of enabling works for a new development of 50 houses for the client JH Turkington & Sons Ltd (JHT).  This was a brown field site, which housed an old army barracks and helicopter landing platform.

ACS Civils Ltd were brought on board by the client JHT prior to starting the development works to carry out bulk excavation works, including the grubbing up and removal of all deep level foundations, site & house drainage system, ducting & services to the site and individual properties, establishing the road network & build up. Filling & topsoil works to establish the new levels & landscaping areas.
