This Project involved the renovation works of the Ordinates Survey Building in Belfast.

This required the demolishment of external walls and structures, grubbing up and removing of existing foundations. This project required new foundations and ground beams to be formed, new basement level reinforced concrete structural walls below the new paved entrance walkway. It also required removing some of the old sewer and storm drainage lines, street lighting, footpaths and park area and upgrading the drainage lines to facilitate the new extension, reinstating the street lighting, forming the new footpaths and car parking area, as well as all the landscaping works and decorative paving.
