ACS were contracted by JH Turkington & Sons Ltd to carry the works to on this project,The works entailed the renovation works to the old B&Q building, which comprised of demolition and removal of existing hard/soft landscaping to the front of the old B&Q building, forming new roadways, walkways and rear service storage areas to the building. We then upgraded the existing drainage and increased the capacity of the foul drainage to suit the new separate units being installed in the building. Along with upgrading the drainage, the new retail units needed dedicated services for their use which required replacing and upgrading the existing service networks to make it fit for purpose. After upgrading the services and drainage we started to reform the new hard and soft landscaping areas, installing new kerb lines, bollards & road build ups etc.
