This project was the building of the new state of the art Jaguar Landrover Showroom and Workshop on the Boucher Road in Belfast.

Our works here involved all the Civils Works required which included the reducing of the site levels, placing and removing of a piling mat to allow the piles for the foundation to be driven, excavating out and pouring of the pile caps and ground beams along with floor slabs for the building.

The project required us to carry out the finish kerbing, paving and road build ups for the carparking areas and the roadways around the site, as well as storm and foul drainage to the site and connecting into the mains sewers, ducting for the site services, including charging points, street lighting. Placing the watermains and gas mains to the site and carrying out all of the finish soft and hard landscaping.

We also carried out works to the existing site of Charles Hurst including all the earthworks, drainage and RC works for the New 6 Bay Carwash and New separate 4 Bay Carwash.
