ACS were contracted by Woodvale Construction Company to carry out the site clearance, demolition, foundation, drainage and road and landscaping build ups, along with the services and kerbing to the project. We began by clearing out the structures and floor slabs that remained on site, removing some of the existing tarmac cover and excavating out the boundary wall foundations and the foundations for the new cabin which would be going in place. We carried out the foul and storm drainage to the site including a number of slit traps and separator to the project. We also carried out the ducting services for the lighting and cabin going on the site, including for the electric gate. The finishing works to the project we aided or carried out included all the kerbing to the site and build ups to underside of tarmac for the footpaths and carparking area. We finished off by building up the landscape areas ready for the landscaping works.
